Parking:

Applicable for Head Office location only!

Purchasing discounted parking online

For those students taking a 5 or 10 day course: You will be receiving an invitation link 3 to 5 business days prior to your course to pay for your parking at a discounted rate. Please click the invitation link in that email to pay at your discounted rate. You need to provide details about the make/model of your car and the license plate.

This way you can purchase the required parking pass now and avoid a daily visit to the parking machines.

If registering for an event of 2,3,4, 5 or 10 days, last minute, or have yet to receive an invitation link email, one can be processed on the first day of class, first thing in the morning, providing sufficient time to pay for parking.
Purchasing parking on-site via parking machines

Parking passes can still be obtained on the day of your training course/workshop/exam by using the parking machines in the parking lot. Parking machines are available at several locations on the campus, and ONLY accept VISA, Mastercard or coins (VISA/Mastercard debit cards are not accepted). The machines provide the ability to purchase a daily, weekly or monthly pass unless sold out.
A parking pass no longer needs to be displayed in the windshield of your car as it is all recorded through the machine, using your license plate (memorize your plate number before going to the machine to save yourself walking back to your car!).

To avoid a parking ticket, DO NOT park in the "short term daily parking only" area.

7.2 CINDE courses - Guaranteed to Run:

Making plans to improve your knowledge in NDT is an important commitment on your part and a course cancellation can disrupt your NDT career. Our goal as Canada's National NDT Society is to improve the quality and access of education in NDT throughout Canada. At CINDE, courses run as scheduled as long as one attendee is on the course*. When a course is close to its maximum class size, you will see the last four (4) remaining seats start to count down.

*In the case of an emergency, alternate arrangements will be made or a full refund provided upon request. CINDE makes every effort to ensure scheduled courses run as advertised.

CINDE will not be liable for ancillary expenses such as travel or accommodation arrangements etc. incurred by the student.
