Job Description/Requirements:

Acuren is currently seeking a full-time Analyst – CGSB Eddy Current Level 2 who will be responsible for a diverse workload including performing site work across Western Canada, analysis and reporting.

Preferred candidate will be local to the Edmonton area.

This position requires 3 – 5 years’ experience of heat exchange data acquisition and certification in CGSB Level 2 Eddy Current and Level 1 Ultrasonics (SNT Eddy Current Level 2 working towards CGSB certification will be considered). The preferred candidate will have experience with, or capacity to learn RFT, IRIS, NFT and NFA applications, along with a strong technical background in NDT methods and procedures, accompanied by familiarity with Tube Pro reporting software. Proficiency with both Olympus 5800 and Eddyfi systems is desired. The successful candidate will be operationally driven, detail oriented and organized with strong problem solving, and communication skills (written and verbal). The ability to travel, perform field work and accommodate changing work schedules are key requirements of this role.

Job Description/Requirements:

We have two (2) immediate openings for API510/570 Inspectors to support our Sarnia office on a two year contract. The primary function of these roles is to provide inspection services within our clients’ industrial operating environments in support of systems that manage the integrity of in-service pressure, process and structural equipment. The responsibilities of these roles include completing in-service equipment inspection assessments utilizing visual and non-destructive examination (NDE) techniques, inspection of new construction/fabrication and repair/alteration of in-service pressure/process equipment, process piping and structural components as well as coordinating and managing relevant equipment, QA systems and records. These roles are also responsible for the coordination of daily project activities, planning for equipment needs, determining locations for corrosion monitoring, timely completion and submission of inspection reports, mentoring of junior inspectors, and communicating with clients regarding scheduling and status of work.
