Job Description/Requirements:

We are currently looking for a muli-ticketed NDT Technician to join our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate must be located in the Vancouver area and will be multi-disciplined with the following tickets:

•CGSB MT2, PT2, UT2, VT2

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

•Strong technical background in NDT inspection
•Interpretation of relevant industry codes, standards and procedures
•Excellent report writing and review skills
•Ability to adapt in a high pressure and high production environment while managing competing priorities with minimal supervision
•Commitment to quality inspection and reporting
•Team player who works well in an environment that is constantly working towards improvement
•Excellent customer service focus with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

•3-5 years’ experience in NDT inspection
•Canadian General Standards Board certified level 2 in MT, LT, UT and CWB
•Valid Driver’s License
•Basic to strong computer knowledge and skills
•Experience with NDT inspection supporting the marine industry would be considered a strong asset
